Role Overview-

* A Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and
maintaining data in computer systems and databases.

* The role requires attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, and good
typing speed.

Role Responsibilities-

* Responsible for Invoicing and complete order desk management from Chennai
Yard.

* Coordinate with the HO for the machine arrivals, GRN and import
documentation.

* Complete Inventory Count and management of Machines, Attachments and
Consumbles. Purchase order Releases for both Machines & Attachments &
Consumables for Imports & Local Vendors under the supervision of S&O; P
Manager.

* Coordinate with HO for Tier 2 Supplier Purchase Order to Delivery and GRN for
the Special Attachment Business.

* Record Management Timely customs Clearance of Import machines & attachments.

* Efficiently managing imports containers from different Plants in cost
effective manners. FIFO management for attachments & buckets.

* Price release for the sales codes with S&OP; Manager.





* Managing the WH for In & Out bound operations. Handling Letter of Credit
transaction Import & Export.

Required Experience & Skills-

* BCOM / MCOM Good typing speed and accuracy.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

* Attention to detail. Basic computer knowledge.

* Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

* Valuable communication skills.

* PG Diploma in Logistics Management 0–2 years of experience in data entry or
similar roles (freshers may also apply)
