Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Telecaller & Operations Executive to support our school outreach, student registrations, and program operations. The role requires a combination of telecalling, relationship management, coordination, and operational support to ensure seamless execution of student travel and immersion programs. Key Responsibilities School Outreach & Business Support• Make a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day to schools in Hyderabad and nearby regions.• Connect with Principals, School Leaders, Counselors,



and Academic Coordinators.• Schedule and coordinate at least 4 online meetings per week for the senior leadership/business development team.• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and meeting schedules in CRM/Excel.• Follow up regularly with schools regarding proposals, program participation, and registrations. Student & Parent Coordination• Contact enquiries generated through various channels.• Guide parents and students through the registration process.• Follow up on pending registrations, documentation, and payments.• Address basic program-related queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolutions.
