Responsible for building and nurturing robust, long-term relationships with
clients in Anakapalli, ensuring their financial needs are met and contributing
to the company's growth and profitability.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive engagement,
networking, and lead generation within the Anakapalli region.
* Identify client financial needs and offer appropriate banking products and
services, including loans, investments, and insurance.
* Conduct thorough financial assessments and risk analyses for clients to
provide tailored solutions.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries, issues,
and providing exceptional customer service.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations, product
development) to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business
opportunities and stay informed about industry best practices.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.




* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolio performance and sales
activities.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related
field.
* Proven experience (3+ years) in relationship management, sales, or a similar
client-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry.
* Solid understanding of banking products, financial markets, and investment
principles.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.
* Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is highly preferred.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
