Position Summary:

Remote Global End User IT Operational Support Associate – Advance Logistics
Center

As a Remote End-User IT Operational Support qualified, you will be
responsible for Co-ordinating, maintaining and improving IT systems within an
Advance Logistics Center (ALC) setting. Your tasks will include troubleshooting
hardware and software issues, ensuring network stability, and providing
technical support to ALC staff. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth
and efficient ALC operations specifically around the Pick, Pack and Ship
function.

Responsibilities

* Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, UPS and network
systems within the ALC’s globally, working closely with the global Support
teams and third-party providers.
* ITSM Ticket management within agreed SLA’s
* Troubleshoot, Co-ordinate and resolve IT-related issues promptly to minimize
downtime.
* Co-ordinate the maintenance and monitoring of network & Server infrastructure




and connectivity globally for ALC’s.
* Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems for process
improvement.
* Ensure that the WMS and WCS applications are correctly configured, user
account management, and the integration of new features meet the needs of the
ALC team.

* Technical and user support for WMS applications and satellite software with
support from other Global support teams.

* Coordinate with vendors, internal teams and service providers for technical
support and system upgrades.
* Ensure security protocols and standards are adhered to within the IT
infrastructure.
* Management of IT consumables within the ALC’s ensuring the stock of IT
equipment and consumables (ink cartridges, USB cables...) using regular
inventory of references and quantities in stock; Manages stock by
anticipating orders; Requests quotes from suppliers; Places and tracks
