As a Regional Technical Service Manager – Additives, you will be the technical
expert supporting Arxada’s Additives and Driers portfolio across South Asia. In
this customer-facing role, you will partner closely with customers, Sales, R&D;,
Regulatory,



and Marketing teams to deliver innovative technical solutions that
improve product performance and strengthen customer relationships.

You will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing
formulation expertise, troubleshooting complex application challenges,
conducting customer training and demonstrations, and supporting new product
adoption. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional
who enjoys combining laboratory expertise with customer engagement to create
value across the paints, coatings, and additives markets.
