About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads throughout the sales pipeline.
• Effectively communicate the company's value proposition to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Convert qualified leads into active clients.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve customer acquisition targets and business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications




• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
• Confidence in speaking with prospects and handling objections.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and customer acquisition processes is preferred.
• Previous internship or experience in sales/business development is a plus but not mandatory.

Performance Expectations (KPI)
The selected candidate will be expected to:
• Onboard an average of 10 clients per week.
Successful achievement of this KPI will be considered for performance evaluation and stipend eligibility.

Compensation
Stipend: ₹5,000
The stipend will be provided upon successful completion of the internship and achievement of the defined performance KPI
