Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities in nutraceuticals and herbal products, including third-party manufacturing, private labeling, PCD, and bulk supply
• Identify and onboard domestic and export clients for nutraceutical and herbal product ranges
• Handle lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and business closures
• Prepare and present product portfolios, formulations, proposals, and commercial offers
• Coordinate with R&D;, Regulatory, QA, and Production teams for product development and execution
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, AYUSH, labeling, and export regulatory requirements
• Track market trends, current ingredients, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Participate in trade fairs, expos, and industry events to expand business networks
• Achieve assigned revenue targets and business growth objectives




• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business

Requirements:

• 4–8+ years for Manager role in Nutraceuticals / Herbal Business Development
• Hands-on experience in third-party manufacturing, private labeling, or contract manufacturing in nutraceutical/herbal segment
• Strong knowledge of dosage forms such as tablets, capsules, powders, syrups, sachets, gummies, etc.
• Understanding of FSSAI, AYUSH, labeling guidelines, and export norms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements

Qualifications:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc / MBA (Marketing preferred)
• Nutraceutical / Herbal certification will be an added advantage
