The Compliance Executive serves as the primary bridge between the client’s industrial operations and our corporate compliance framework. This role involves working directly at the client’s facility to ensure 100% adherence to statutory labor laws and internal corporate policies, while coordinating with the 2COMS office for oversight and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
· On-site monitoring of contract labor and statutory compliance (CLRA, Factories Act, and Minimum Wages).
· Timesheet / In out registers checking ad coordination with Client SPOC for reconciliation timely for Payroll registers process
· Managing the digital documentation flow using the digital platform for all branch tasks.
· Facilitating branch visits and preparing audit reports (Various Licenses, notice boards, registers).
· Coordinating with the 2COMS office for centralized reporting and statutory audit support.
· Resolving site-specific compliance gaps and managing corrective action plans (CAPs).
· License Tracker, Timesheet, Workmen Policy tracker, PF,
ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund and Qualified tax and Notice tracker all MIS(Daily, Weekly & Monthly) floating in stipulated time
· Invoice submission (manually / Client Portal) and follow up for the Payment collection with Client SPOC / Finance.

Statutory Compliance Health: Maintain 100% compliance across all statutory registers (Form XVI, XVII, XIX) and display requirements.

Dashboard Updation: Ensure 100% accuracy and real-time updates of documentation in the Digital tool and HR clearance certification processing.
Issue Closure: Timely closure of all identified compliance gaps within the stipulated turnaround time.
