Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to
join our team in Warangal. This role is responsible for building and maintaining
strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and
providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and nurture solid, long-term relationships with a portfolio of
assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
* Understand clients' financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment
preferences through in-depth discussions and financial analysis.
* Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant financial products
and services, ensuring client satisfaction and increased revenue.
* Provide expert financial advice and guidance on a range of products including
investments, loans, insurance, and other banking services.
* Proactively address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and
accurate information.
* Monitor market trends and economic conditions to advise clients effectively




and identify potential risks or opportunities.
* Prepare and present regular performance reports and financial reviews to
clients.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, operations,
and credit, to deliver seamless client service.
* Actively participate in business development activities to acquire new clients
and expand the client base in the Warangal region.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related
field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., NISM, IRDA) preferred.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the
financial services industry, preferably as a Relationship Manager.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client
relationships.
