Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Python Engineer role based in Gurugram. The Python Engineer will design, develop, and maintain backend services, data pipelines, and automation scripts that support EXL’s analytics and digital operations solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean,



efficient Python code, integrating with APIs and databases, optimizing performance, and participating in code reviews and testing. The role involves collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to productionize models, build reusable components, and ensure reliability and scalability of deployed solutions. The Python Engineer will also contribute to documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of engineering practices and tools.
Qualifications
