Job Description:

Solution & Architecture Leadership
Own the end‐to‐end ClaimCenter solution design for assigned work, ensuring alignment with business requirements, enterprise architecture standards, and reuse‐first principles.
Translate claims business needs into ClaimCenter‐native configuration patterns, minimizing custom development and configuration divergence.
Define and document architecture decisions, trade‐offs, and rationale, including impacts to downstream systems.
ClaimCenter Configuration & Technical Oversight
Guide and review ClaimCenter configuration and Gosu development
Ensure configurations follow Guidewire best practices and support future scalability and upgrades.
Review technical designs and code for quality, performance, and supportability.
Integration & Data Design
Design and govern ClaimCenter integrations with Progressive and Vendor systems
Define and validate data contracts and mappings, ensuring accurate alignment between legacy structures, policy data, and ClaimCenter entities.




Partner with Progressive teams to ensure financial and claim data consistency across systems.
Reuse, Consistency, and Standards Enforcement
Actively identify opportunities to reuse existing ClaimCenter configurations and integrations, reducing redundancy and implementation risk.
Enforce architecture standards, patterns, and naming conventions across delivery teams.
Ensure differences in policy or product data are addressed through configuration patterns, not unnecessary customization.
Delivery Collaboration & Agile Support
Work daily with product owners, business SMEs, developers, testers, and integration teams to clarify requirements and resolve design questions.
Participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., refinement, planning, design discussions) to ensure architectural alignment throughout delivery.
Provide timely architectural guidance to unblock teams and prevent downstream rework.
