About the Role

We are hiring a Salesforce IT Architect to lead the architecture, design,
security, AI enablement, and technical governance of our Salesforce ecosystem.
This role will ensure Salesforce is scalable, secure, well-integrated, AI-ready,
and aligned with enterprise business processes across Sales, Service, Customer
Success, Data, and IT.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on architect who can define platform direction,




design integrations, strengthen data protection, reduce technical debt, and
guide delivery teams through modern Salesforce capabilities including Data
Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein, automation, and AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

* OWN SALESFORCE PLATFORM ARCHITECTURE ACROSS CONFIGURATION, CUSTOM
DEVELOPMENT, AUTOMATION, AI CAPABILITIES, SECURITY, DATA MODEL, REPORTING,
AND INTEGRATIONS.

* DESIGN SCALABLE AND SECURE INTEGRATIONS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE SENIOR
SALESFORCE ARCHITECT, SALESFORCE LEADS AND IT BUSINESS PARTNERS BETWEEN
SALESFORCE AND OTHER ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS, INCLUDING DATA PLATFORMS, LEARNING
PLATFORMS, ERP AND MIDDLEWARE.

* COMMUNICATE COMPLEX TECHNICAL CONCEPTS WITH CLARITY AND CONFIDENCE,
INFLUENCING STAKEHOLDERS ACROSS BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY TEAMS TO DRIVE
ALIGNMENT, INFORMED DECISION-MAKING, AND SUCCESSFUL SOLUTION DELIVERY

* LEAD ARCHITECTURE FOR SALESFORCE AI USE CASES USING
