We are looking for an experienced BI Engineer with solid expertise in Power BI, SSRS, SQL, and data analytics to join our Digital Products & Data Analytics engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing enterprise-grade dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, hands-on reporting experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions
Build visually compelling, scalable, and performance-optimized Power BI reports
Develop and maintain SSRS reports to support business reporting requirements
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions
Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance
Perform data analysis and validate data quality to ensure reporting accuracy




Develop and support ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading
Work with structured and large-scale datasets to support analytics and reporting initiatives
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, and Business teams to deliver high-quality reporting solutions
Troubleshoot report performance issues and implement optimization techniques
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Maintain documentation, reporting standards, and development best practices

Required Technical Skills

Power BI

Strong hands-on experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards
Expertise in creating interactive visualizations and analytical dashboards
Experience with Power BI data modelling
Strong knowledge of DAX
Experience with Power Query (M Language)
Ability to optimize dashboard performance

SSRS

Strong experience developing enterprise SSR
