Purpose
Lead NSDC's Data & Analytics Office (HDAO) to establish a trusted, secure, and data-driven organization by defining the enterprise data strategy, governance framework, analytics capabilities, and data platforms. Ensure high-quality, compliant, and actionable data that supports policy formulation, digital transformation, operational excellence, and informed decision-making across NSDC and the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship.
Job Responsibilities
1. Data Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute the enterprise Data & Analytics Strategy aligned with NSDC's digital and business objectives.
Drive data maturity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
2. Data Governance & Compliance
Establish and oversee enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, standards, stewardship, and metadata management.
Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements, including the DPDP Act.
3. Data Architecture & Engineering
Lead the design and governance of enterprise data architecture, integration frameworks,



data platforms, and engineering standards.
Ensure scalable, reliable, and effective data pipelines and platforms that support enterprise analytics.
4. Data Quality & Master Data Management
Define and monitor enterprise data quality standards, master data governance, and observability practices.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and reliability across all critical data assets.
5. Analytics & Business Intelligence
Lead the development of enterprise analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and self-service analytics capabilities.
Deliver actionable insights that support strategic planning, operational performance, and government reporting.
6. Advanced Analytics & Data Products
Oversee advanced analytics, data science enablement, and enterprise data products that support AI, policy evaluation, and digital innovation.
