Job Requirements
Objective of the role : To handle review with all concerned departments and coordinating with Architects, Planners, Contracts, Estimation, Construction Teams & Consultants for multipole projects of a cluster

Roles & Responsibilities:
· To handle a team of project coordinators working on multiple projects
· Associated with a cluster head to ensure Co-ordination and review of drawings to be released for regulatory approvals, tendering, execution etc. and released in co-ordination with stakeholders
· Co-ordinating for conducting pre-construction activities like land survey, geo-technical investigation, ground water survey etc.
· Structural, Geo-technical, Plumbing and Fire-Fighting designs are in line with the Architectural intent whilst ensuring effective and optimum design, construction feasibility, codal conformance
· Design Basis Report, project specifications, BOQ, drawings submitted by consultant / internal stakeholders, tender documents are in accordance with project requirements,




· Requirements of the various regulatory approvals like Ministry of Environment and Forest clearance (MOEF), High Rise, Fire NOC, Water supply and drainage remarks etc. are translated in the drawings.
· Study reports on recent product, methods enabling ease and accuracy in operations to be reviewed
· Review consultant’s drawings for cost, constructability and critical items, implement changes by proposing effective solutions, problem resolution by conducting workshops and meetings.
· Work closely with construction management function and ensure availability of all drawings, details in advance for uninterrupted construction
Visit sites for progress review and resolution of CM team’s queries.
· Administration of consultant’s scope of services and bill certification

Work Experience
Experience Required : 10 - 15 Years

Qualification Required : Graduate Engineer Civil/ B.Arch
