The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and sales, to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Formation and Leadership:
Build a talented and diverse team by recruiting top engineers, designers, and specialists in aerospace, electronics, and related fields.
Foster a cooperative, innovative, and goal-driven culture within the team.
Mentor, guide, and develop team members, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with project objectives.
Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and workflows to ensure efficient project execution.




Project Management and Strategic Leadership:
Define and execute the roadmap for the design, development, and deployment of aerospace drones, aligning with company goals and market demands.
Plan project schedule, maintain and track bill of materials, resource planning, infrastructure planning, milestone meeting planning and record keeping through business processes
Lead and coordinate all phases of the product life cycle, from conceptualization to testing and certification.
Set measurable goals, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and track progress to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Technical Oversight:
Provide high-level guidance on the technical aspects of drone design, ensuring that products meet performance, safety, and compliance standards.
Oversee development processes, including hardware and software integration, propulsion systems, avionics, sensors, and aerodynamics.
