Audit Coordination

Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during financial audits.

Implement audit recommendations to strengthen internal controls.

Financial Systems And Processes

Evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Implement best practices in financial management.

Team Leadership





Supervise and mentor finance team members, providing guidance and support.

Regulatory Compliance

Requirements

Masters’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional finance qualification is a plus.

Proven experience as a Senior Finance Officer or in a similar senior financial management role.

Thorough knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
