Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java development, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable Java applications.

Responsibilities

Software Development:

Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Code Review and Mentorship





Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and adherence to coding standards.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a team-oriented and knowledge-sharing environment.

Technical Leadership

Provide technical leadership in the analysis, design, and development of complex systems.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend innovative solutions.

Problem Solving

Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify bottlenecks, and devise solutions to ensure optimal performance.

Documentation

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, API documentation, and code comments.

Collaboration

Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
