Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team as an Insurance Adviser Support Specialist. This role offers a unique chance to work alongside experienced New Zealand insurance advisers and gain valuable exposure to international insurance and financial services practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and assess client documentation to support insurance applications and policy servicing.
* Prepare accurate and complete insurance application files for submission to insurers.
* Assist advisers with managing workflow, client reviews, and policy renewals.
* Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, policies, and internal processes.
* Communicate with insurance providers regarding underwriting requirements,
policy updates, and application progress.
* Assist with claims support, policy alterations, and client enquiries.
* Develop a strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting requirements, and industry processes.
* Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support throughout the client journey.
Skills & Requirements
* B.Com or MBA in Finance or Marketing preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Professional email and telephone communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Previous experience in insurance, banking, finance, customer service, or administration is advantageous but not essential.
