✅ CMM Knowledge
✅ Customer Requirement Handling
✅ Risk Analysis & Customer Complaint Handling
✅ Root Cause Analysis
✅ Supplier QA / Vendor QA
✅ Inward Inspection
✅ Casting & Forging Machining Process Knowledge
✅ Process Audit, Dock Audit, Layout Inspection & Product Audit
✅ Internal Auditor knowledge – IATF / ISO / EHS
