? Role Overview – ZOHO Finance & ZOHO ERP
You will play a key role in implementing, leading, and scaling ZOHO Finance solutions for clients while mentoring internal teams.

? Key Responsibilities
· Deliver ZOHO Finance & ZOHO ERP training to clients and in-house team members

· Handle data migration from various accounting software to ZOHO

· Continuously learn and implement new ZOHO modules

· Participate in projects beyond finance (cross-functional exposure)





· Conduct product demos for prospects, clients, and internal teams

· Review, finalize, and correct accounting done by team or clients on ZOHO

Manage statutory compliances using ZOHO:
Income Tax / GST / TDS / PT / PF & ESIC
Act as a solution owner, not just an executor

? Leadership Expectations
· Lead projects independently with ownership mindset
· Guide and mentor junior team members
· Interact confidently with business owners and CXOs
· Think process-driven, scalable, and client-centric

? Qualifications
CA / CMA (Inter or Final)
MBA (Finance)
BBA (Finance) with robust accounting exposure

? Experience Requirement

· 5–10 years (for Head of Function/leadership roles)

CA / CMA Fresher’s also welcome

· Proven experience in:

· Accounting & compliance

· Client handling

· Team leadership (preferred)
