- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Handle inward and outward material entries in the system.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, sales, and logistics teams for material movement.
- Ensure proper identification, storage, and arrangement of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain delivery challans, stock reports, and other warehouse documents.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and security within the warehouse.
- Follow FIFO and standard warehouse procedures.
- Support loading and unloading activities and coordinate with transporters.
