Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Trainee to support our recruitment team throughout the hiring process. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands -on experience in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and learning end -to -end talent acquisition practices.

Key Responsibilities


- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

- Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and hiring processes.

- Maintain candidate databases and ensure recruitment records are accurate and up to date.

- Post job openings on various job boards and career platforms.

- Support the recruitment team with offer rollouts, onboarding documentation, and joining formalities.

- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

- Build and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and best hiring practices.


Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (final -year students may also apply, if applicable).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is a plus.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Talent Acquisition.
