We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer who can transform complex real estate

spatial data into intuitive, engaging, and user -centric experiences.

What You'll Do

• Own the end -to -end design process—from discovery and research to wireframing,

prototyping, visual design, and developer handoff.

• Design intuitive web and mobile experiences for real estate and geospatial

products.

• Translate complex business requirements and workflows into simple, elegant user

experiences.

• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive

prototypes.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to validate

design decisions.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, GIS specialists, and

business teams.

• Design dashboards, maps, data visualization interfaces, and workflow -driven

applications.

• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries in Figma.

• Advocate for user -centered design principles across the organization.

• Ensure consistency, accessibility,



and usability across all products.

• Leverage AI -powered design tools and workflows to accelerate research, ideation,

wireframing, prototyping, content generation, and design exploration.Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Interaction

Design.

• Solid portfolio showcasing end -to -end design projects and problem -solving

ability.

• Expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, and Design

Systems.

• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design,

and visual design.

• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high -fidelity interfaces.

• Ability to effectively use AI for design research, content generation, wireframing,

visual exploration, and design documentation while maintaining high design quality

and user -centric thinking.

• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience collaborating with cross -functional teams in agile environments.

• Understanding of responsive design and modern web application patterns.

• Basic understanding of front -end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing SaaS, PropTech, FinTech, GIS, or data -heavy applications.

• Familiarity with maps, geospatial products, spatial analytics, or location -based

experiences.

• Experience designing dashboards, admin panels, consumer -facing products and

workflow management systems.

• Knowledge of usability testing methodologies and design research techniques.

• Exposure to AI -assisted design tools and emerging design workflows.
