Job Description

- Excellent knowledge of Insurance / Property claim processing
- Entry of Information related to personal details, provider details, invoice information etc.
- Receive & Review special instructions of building material used for house repair work based on standard construction practices & client requirement.
- Verifies file documentation is included to complete review process.
- Responsible to understand and comprehend,



good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution
- Review repair estimates to ensure estimates are accurate and meet industry guidelines and standards for repair
- Ensures adjuster photos accurately depict damages associated in the adjuster estimate
- Upon completion of review either recommends payment or documents findings that need correction, deletion, or additions to the estimate
- Prepare sketch by looking at the provided property dimensions

Qualifications

Bachelors - Actuarial Science, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Bachelors - Risk Management and Insurance, Masters - Statistics
