Role Overview


We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can drive revenue growth by


identifying recent opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals. The role


requires strong sales acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to work closely with


internal teams.



Key Responsibilities




- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and

- market research

- Manage the end -to -end sales cycle from lead generation to closure

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Understand client needs and align them with ScatterPie’s offerings

- Collaborate with presales and delivery teams for solutioning and proposals

- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM

- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

- Drive upsell and cross -sell opportunities within existing accounts




Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills





- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Experience in B2B sales environments

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes

- Strong understanding of sales pipeline management


Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Experience in IT services, analytics, or consulting sales

- Exposure to enterprise sales or mid -market clients

- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools


Soft Skills

- Strong ownership mindset and accountability

- Ability to understand business problems and position solutions effectively

- High energy, persistence, and resilience

- Team -oriented approach aligned with ScatterPie culture
