Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing.

- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

- Solid understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

- Experience working with Shopify and D2C brands is highly preferred.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in D2C, FMCG, Skincare, Cosmetics, Wellness, or Consumer Brands.

- Knowledge of email marketing, remarketing, and customer lifecycle campaigns.

- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.

- Familiarity with tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Canva, and Looker Studio is an added advantage.
