Job description

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Amazon, Flipkart & Shopify

- Inventory & stock management

- Coordinate with cream, tube & packaging manufacturers

- Handle courier & logistics

- Process customer orders

- Resolve customer queries

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub & Shopify

- Positive knowledge of Excel and inventory management

- Excellent coordination and communication skills

- Startup mindset with a proactive approach
