· Bachelor’s
Degree in ECE, EEE (or equivalent), Relevant manufacturing/engineering degree
preferred.
· IPC
A 610 & IPC WHMA 620 knowledge /trained /certified professional.
· Ability
to use CAD and Proficiency in MS Office.
· Ability
to design processes and layouts
· Experience
with FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis), Kaizen/A3 (continuous improvement
and problem -solving) process improvement, and Poka Yoke (error -proofing)
techniques.
· Hands -on
experience on the THALES or SAFRON production standards as a add -on.
· Significant
work experience in a manufacturing environment like Cable harness, sub -rack
manufacturing inclusive of PCBA
assembly, Mechanical sub racks and electrical wiring.
· Superb
written and verbal communication skills.
· Understanding
of design and production costs to include waste, downtime, scrap and re -work
