Your Responsibilities:

- You will be working in AI and Automation Platform.
- Plan coordinate and oversee end-to-end execution of digital and transformation projects
- Align projects with business strategy ensuring high impact and value delivery.
- Work closely with product managers engineers and stakeholders to define project scope goals deliverables and timelines
- Facilitate executive reviews and lead critical project discussions with business and technology leaders.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities
- Monitor and control project progress manage risks and issues and adjust plans as needed
- Ensure clear documentation of project milestones decisions risks and changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and ensure timely delivery
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders
- Support the implementation and adherence to standardized project management practices
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team

Qualifications :

Qualifications-

- Overall 8 years of experience in Project Management.
- 5 years of experience in the technology industry.




- Experience in delivery AI and Automation projects
- Experiences with AI using (Copilot Chat GPT Rovo)
- Experiences in managing Gen-AI project is a plus
- Expert in EU law for AI is a plus
- Proven experience in delivering technical projects such as technology upgrades decommissioning of IT solutions Activation of large-scale tech projects delivery of standard techs stack such as Oracle SAP ERP etc..
- Proven experience as project manager delivering projects without being in a leadership for the project team.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum or Waterfall)
- Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence MS Project etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced energetic environment
- Bachelors degree in business Technology or a related field
- Project Management certification (e.g. PMP Prince2 Scrum Master) is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
