Key Responsibilities

Process Discovery & Opportunity Mapping

- Assist in identifying inefficiencies and friction points across support implementation and customer success workflows.

- Contribute to maintaining a backlog of AI/automation ideas.

Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation

- Support the development of small-scale prototypes (e.g. chatbots workflow automations dashboards) using low-code tools Python or notebooks.

- Collaborate with team members to test ideas and validate use cases.

Pilot Support & Iteration

- Help deploy and monitor pilot solutions with internal teams.

- Collect feedback track basic usage metrics and support iteration efforts.

Learning & Knowledge Sharing

- Stay updated on emerging AI tools and trends.

- Assist in preparing demos documentation or internal knowledge-sharing sessions.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer





- Help create straightforward documentation prompt libraries and reports to support scaling of successful pilots.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work with global teams (Delivery Support Customer Success) to understand business needs and support AI initiatives.

Requirements

- BE 2026 Graduates

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering Computer Science Data Science Business Analytics or related field.

- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts or automation tools.

- Familiarity with Python APIs JSON or data handling (academic or project-based).

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
