Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for consumer durable a team of off rolls to effectively service the Customer and ensure customer and dealer and onboard new dealers to expand the companys presence in the compliance with company policies and regulations in all dealer and maintain strong relationships with Dealer to foster loyalty and repeat businessEnsure to set performance targets and provide regular feedback to off roll teamsEnsuring the engagement of Field Officers (FOS) and maintaining low attrition rates among off-roll training and support to team members ( Off-role ) to help them manage their daily tasks effectively.
