Job Summary As a Staff Nurse at Atlysone Multispeciality Hospital you will be responsible for providing direct bedside patient care monitoring vital signs administering medications and assisting physicians during diagnostic and clinical procedures. You will play an essential role in delivering patient safety maintaining hygiene standards and delivering healthcare to the local community. Key Roles & Responsibilities Direct Patient Care: Monitor and record patient vital signs (BP temperature pulse oxygen levels) and report changes to attending doctors. Medication & Treatment: Administer oral medications IV infusions injections and wound dressings strictly per doctor instructions. Ward & Bed Management: Manage daily patient admissions transfers and discharges while maintaining clean safe and hygienic ward conditions. Doctor Assistance: Assist doctors and consultants during routine patient rounds emergency handling and diagnostic procedures. Documentation: Maintain accurate patient charts intake/output records and medication administration sheets. Shift Handovers: Conduct smooth duty handovers at the end of every shift ensuring continuous patient care. Key Requirements & Qualifications Education: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or . Nursing from a recognized institution. Registration: Valid registration with the Bihar Nurses Registration Council (BNRC) or Indian Nursing Council (INC). Experience: Freshers (0 years) as well as experienced nurses (13 years) are eligible to apply. Skills: Basic clinical skills (IV cannulation catheterization dressing). Good communication skills in Hindi (Bhojpuri/English is a plus). Ability to remain calm and effective during emergency situations.
