Key Responsibilities
Solution Discovery & Consulting
- Lead requirement discovery solution scoping effort estimation and technical proposal creation.

- Hands-on experience with Qualtrics XM Platform (CX/EX mandatory).
- Proven expertise in AWS cloud architecture and enterprise integrations.
- Experience designing API-first and serverless solutions.
- Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies and Qualtrics AI capabilities.
