Work Model: This is a fully onsite role with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.
Manufacturing Engineering (Designation up to Manager)
Major Responsibilities:
- Develop validate and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products to meet quality cost and delivery targets.
- Drive cycle time reduction line balancing and productivity improvements through time & motion studies.
- Support production during trials rampups and steadystate manufacturing with quick issue resolution
- Lead concept development design validation and implementation of automation and SPM solutions for Assembly Rotor Winding Lamination and Shell operations.
- Ensure automation delivers targeted ROI throughput and quality improvements.
- Drive process improvements productivity enhancement and cost optimization through creative engineering solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
- Identify and execute cost reduction and waste elimination initiatives using Lean / CI methodologies.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 710 years of hands-on experience in low cost automation and
- Background in mid-sized manufacturing organizations Motor Manufacturing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes automation technologies and machine design.
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end including vendor coordination and stakeholder management.
- Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
Designation: Up to Manager level based on experience and suitability.
