- Maintain and enrich high-quality email prospect databases using automation and research tools
- Work closely with the Sales & Business Development team to customize outreach strategies by industry and persona
- Ensure consistent achievement of lead generation goals ( Minimum 56 MQLs per month )
- Monitor campaign analytics and performance dashboards recommending improvements to maximize response and conversion rates
- Ensure compliance with global email policies (CAN-SPAM GDPR) and best practices
- Conduct periodic competitor and market research to refine targeting strategies
- Improve deliverability and sender reputation through continuous database hygiene
Requirements
Must have skills:
- 57 years of hands-on B2B email marketing experience in IT services ( Mandatory )
- Strong command of email marketing tools such as MailChimp HubSpot SalesLoft Outreach Apollo etc. Proven ability to deliver consistent pipeline contribution and meet MQL targets
- Good knowledge of US and international B2B buyer personas
- Excellent analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting
- Strong coordination abilities across cross-functional teams
- Understanding of content strategy email personalization and messaging variations
