Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and own the strategy for multiple assigned products aligning them with overall business goals and market needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development implementation and ensure alignment across technical and business functions.
- Define product implementation roadmaps establish clear timelines milestones and manage resources effectively.
- Assess the impact of changes on the ecosystem drive necessary interventions and change management activities to ensure smooth transitions.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers and professionals fostering a high-performance culture and encouraging continuous learning.
- Drive continuous process simplification and business excellence identifying areas for improvement and enabling sustainable efficiency.
- Ensure benefit realization of implemented products and projects track success metrics and optimize product outcomes.
- Identify operational risks and resolve critical issues ensuring compliance conducting root-cause analysis and maintaining system integrity.

Qualifications :

Educational Qualification: Graduation in Engineering Computer Science Business Administration or a related field is mandatory. MBA is preferred. Additional certifications such as Agile Transformation (Internal on PluralSight) and Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) are preferred.

Minimum Work Experience: 12 years of experience.

Technical Exposures:

- Experience with product management tools (e.g. JIRA Aha! Product Plan) is desired.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and development frameworks (e.g. Scrum Kanban)
