- Design develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Perform functional regression integration and UAT testing across Salesforce modules including Chance and Order Management.
- Validate customizations and configurations built using Apex Aura LWC and integrations with SAP Azure middleware and REST APIs.
- Ensure data integrity during data migration and integration testing.
- Collaborate with developers business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify document and track defects using standard defect management tools.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and industry standards for security performance and reliability.
- Participate in release cycles environment refreshes and smoke testing post-deployment.
