Key Responsibilities:-

Business Development : Identify and onboard current clients including hotels restaurants cafes and catering companies to expand market presence.

Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers like F&B; managers and executive chefs.

Sales Execution : Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and cold calling to product demonstrations tastings and deal closure.

Account Optimization : Regularly visit existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Market Intelligence : Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities.

Reporting & Forecasting : Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports maintain CRM data and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.

Operational Coordination : Work with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any delivery issues.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:-

Experience: Minimum of 1year of sales experience specifically within the HoReCa or B2B food industry.

Industry Network: A robust existing network of hospitality industry contacts is highly preferred.





Skills:

Strong negotiation persuasion and closing skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM software like Salesforce.

Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

Other: Willingness to travel extensively (6080% field time) and a valid drivers license.

Preferred Skills:-

Previous experience selling premium food products beverages or commercial kitchen equipment.

Deep understanding of HoReCa procurement processes and product approval cycles.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
