About the Role
You provide endtoend HR operational support to the GIH Global organization ensuring people processes are delivered consistently and aligned with global and regional HR strategies. Operating in a fastpaced evolving environment you balance accuracy responsiveness and followthrough while supporting employees managers and HR leadership.
What Youll Do
- Support the annual performance cycle by coordinating timelines communications reporting and manager guidance
- Deliver accurate HR reporting and analytics to support workforce planning and datadriven decisionmaking
- Manage core HR operational processes across onboarding internal transfers offboarding and employee documentation
- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR policies benefits attendance payroll and grievance procedures
- Support compliance and audit readiness through accurate recordkeeping and documentation
- Partner with HR leadership to deliver engagement initiatives communications and employee committee actions
- Coordinate training activities HR communications and administrative processes to ensure smooth daytoday operations
What Youll Bring
- 7-9 years of Experience supporting HR operations or administrative processes
- Experience working with HR systems and reporting with strong attention to data accuracy
- Working knowledge of Middle East labour practices and HR policies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timesensitive requests
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
