- Learn and apply software engineering best practices in product development activities.

- Contributes to the design development testing and maintenance of Emerson software products.

- Develop and maintain software features under the guidance of senior engineers.

- Debug troubleshoot and resolve software issues identified during development and testing.

- Participate in code reviews and implement feedback to improve code quality.

- Create and maintain technical documentation as required.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Development Testing Product Management and Customer Support.

- Support automation quality and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

- Learn and adapt to new technologies tools and development methodologies.

Requirements





- MTech / Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related engineering discipline with graduation completed in 2025 or 2026

- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals data structures and object-oriented concepts.

- Knowledge of at least one programming language such as C# C Java Python or JavaScript.

- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Willingness to learn industrial automation technologies and Emerson products.
