- Manage day-to-day operations on Meesho and other e-commerce platforms.
- Handle product listings catalog creation product descriptions pricing and inventory updates.
- Manage orders cancellations returns refunds and customer-related issues.
- Monitor product performance sales orders and marketplace metrics.
- Coordinate for order processing dispatch and timely fulfilment.
- Handle Meesho seller panel and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor and maintain product visibility pricing offers and promotions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory and order management.
- Track marketplace performance and prepare regular reports.
- Stay updated with Meesho policies processes seller requirements and platform updates.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior hands-on experience managing Meesho or other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce operations marketplace processes and seller dashboards.
