Responsibilities:
SAP EAM Implementation & Support
- Lead or support SAP EAM module implementations including requirement gathering blueprinting configuration testing and go-live.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for SAP EAM functionalities.
Functional Expertise
- Configure and manage key SAP EAM components:
- Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Equipment and Functional Location Management
- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
- Work Order Management
- Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
- Breakdown and Notification Handling
- Refurbishment and Calibration processes
Integration & Collaboration
- Collaborate with other SAP modules (MM FI/CO PP QM) for seamless integration.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand asset management needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
Process Optimization
- Analyze existing maintenance processes and recommend improvements using SAP best practices.
- Support digital transformation initiatives including mobile maintenance IoT integration and predictive maintenance.
Documentation & Training
- Prepare functional specifications configuration documents test scripts and user manuals.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and maintenance teams.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain reports and KPIs related to asset performance and maintenance efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Technology or related field.
- 48 years of experience in SAP EAM/PM module.
- Robust understanding of asset lifecycle management and maintenance processes.
- Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with integration points with MM FI and other modules.
- Excellent analytical communication and documentation skills.
