Role overview:
We are looking for a seasoned finance controlling leader to own and steer HR and Central
Platform Opex Controlling globally with a particular focus on our Tech and Product
organizations. Based in our Mumbai hub you will operate as a key member of the
extended leadership team working closely with senior stakeholders in France and India
while leading a fourperson team split across both countries.

The role spans all peoplerelated and central platform operating expenses with a clear
center of gravity on technical and platform controlling (product and operations tech
investments and cloud platforms) which account for the majority of our central platform
spend.

You will be the primary finance partner to Tech Product and HR leadership on all HR
and central platform Opex topics shaping investment decisions challenging
assumptions and providing clear datadriven recommendations that influence the
companys strategic roadmap.

Key responsibilities

- Own end to end HR and central platform Opex controlling for: people costs
- external workforce cloud and infrastructure and other central operating
- expenses.
- Lead the annual budget forecasts and multiyear plans for this perimeter
- ensuring alignment with product and technology roadmaps and overall company
- strategy.
- Act as the primary finance partner for Tech and Product leaders on product
- roadmaps and platform initiatives: build and challenge business cases model
- ROI and payback and track delivery versus plan.
- Drive deep technical controlling of cloud and platform spend: monitor usage and
- commitments analyze unit economics and cost drivers and identify optimization
- and savings opportunities in partnership with engineering and platform teams.
- Manage headcount and FTE planning across locations (internal and external)




- consolidating hiring plans org changes and workforce strategies into coherent
- financial views.
- Oversee month end closings for the scope (accruals provisions capitalizations
- allocations reclasses) in line with Group accounting and controlling policies.
- Design automate and continuously improve management reporting
- dashboards and KPIs that give explicit insight into HR and Opex performance for
- senior stakeholders.
- Partner with HR on compensation review cycles incentive plans workforce
- programs and organizational design topics providing robust financial analysis
- and scenarios.
- Lead coach and develop a distributed team of controllers (Mumbai and France)
- setting clear objectives ways of working and a culture of ownership and
- continuous improvement.
- Contribute to global Controlling and HR projects (tools processes data quality
- standardization) and share best practices across entities.

Candidate profile:

- 1215 years in FP&A;/controlling with at least several years in tech digital
- product or platform driven environments.
- Demonstrated experience where at least 5070% of your controlling scope was
- technical/platform: product portfolio or roadmap controlling tech investment
- business cases cloud/infrastructure/platform cost management.
- Strong background in HR and Opex controlling: people cost and external
- workforce operating expenses and cost optimization across central functions.




- Proven experience partnering with senior nonfinance stakeholders (CTO CPO
- CHRO Engineering and Product heads) and influencing decisions through
- data driven insights.
- Prior experience leading small to midsized finance teams ideally across multiple
- locations; comfortable managing direct reports in India and France.
- Excellent communication synthesis and storytelling skills; able to translate
- complex technical and financial topics into clear actionable messages.
- Experience in multinational organizations ideally partnering with Europe based
- leaders.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; strong user of planning/ERP tools and BI
- (Power BI Tableau or similar).
- Fluent in English; French is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications :

- Chartered Accountant is must
- Additional certifications in management accounting or analytics (CMA CFAFP&A; data/BI) are a plus not a must.
