Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled Senior ServiceNow Administrator / Developer with strong experience in ITSM IT Asset Management (HAM/SAM) CMDB Discovery Service Mapping scripting and integrations . The candidate will be responsible for administering enhancing troubleshooting and supporting the ServiceNow platform while ensuring stability security and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident Problem Change Service Catalog and Knowledge Management .
- Implement and maintain Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) processes.
- Manage and maintain the CMDB ensuring accurate CI data relationships and data integrity.
- Configure and troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping .
- Develop and manage integrations with Active Directory Microsoft 365 SCCM Intune and other enterprise systems.
- Configure Business Rules UI Policies Client Scripts Flow Designer workflows and automation .
- Manage ServiceNow users roles permissions and ACLs .
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow platform and configuration issues.
- Support software license compliance contract management and IT asset lifecycle processes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure security application and other IT teams to resolve technical issues.
- Plan and manage ServiceNow platform upgrades including feature assessment testing stakeholder coordination and deployment.
- Identify new ServiceNow capabilities and recommend improvements to business processes.
- Ensure user issues are resolved within agreed SLA/performance metrics .
- Follow ServiceNow and ITIL best practices and maintain platform security and stability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field .
- 6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration and support.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules .
- Hands-on experience with HAM and SAM .
- Robust knowledge of CMDB Discovery and Service Mapping .
- Minimum 4 years of ServiceNow scripting/development experience .
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript Glide API Business Rules UI Policies and Flow Designer .
- Experience developing and troubleshooting REST/SOAP API integrations .
- Knowledge of Active Directory Microsoft 365 SCCM and Microsoft Intune integrations.
- Strong understanding of ACLs roles permissions and ServiceNow security .
- Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management principles .
- Experience handling critical incidents and complex technical issues.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple business requirements.
