KeyResponsibilities

- Designandimplement end-to-endSalesforcesolutions acrossServiceCloudandFieldService(FSL)
- Architect FieldServiceworkflows includingworkordersschedulingdispatchtechnicianenablementandassetmanagement
- LeadintegrationofSalesforcewith AI/GenAIplatforms using LLMsRAGNLPandsemanticsearch
- Buildscalableintegrationsusing APIsmiddleware(MuleSoft)andevent-drivenarchitectures
- Defineandimplement AIguardrailsgovernanceandresponsibleAIpractices
- Workon agenticworkflowsMCPprotocolsandtoolorchestrationframeworks
- CollaboratewithProductEngineeringandCustomerteamsforsolutiondelivery
- Conductcustomerworkshopstechnicaldiscoverysessionsandsolutiondemos
- Ensuresystemperformancescalabilitysecurityandreliability
