About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team and support our Canadian staffing operations . The ideal candidate will have 68 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment preferably supporting Canadian clients and should be comfortable managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who wants to work with Canadian clients handle diverse IT requirements and grow into a senior recruitment or team leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Canadian IT staffing requirements.

- Source identify screen and qualify candidates through job boards LinkedIn referrals databases and other sourcing channels.

- Work on a variety of IT positions including Software Development Data Cloud DevOps Infrastructure Cybersecurity Business Analysis Project Management QA and other technology roles.

- Understand job descriptions and client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on technical skills experience communication location availability and compensation expectations.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.

- Negotiate compensation and assist with offer management and candidate closures.

- Ensure all candidate documentation and recruitment records are complete and accurate.

- Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring priorities and provide recruitment updates.

- Meet and exceed individual recruitment targets turnaround times and placement goals.

- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.

- Ensure compliance with Canadian recruitment and staffing processes.

- Stay updated on Canadian IT talent markets hiring trends and sourcing strategies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 68 years of experience in IT recruitment preferably within a staffing/recruitment agency environment.

- Strong experience recruiting for Canadian clients/processes is highly preferred.

- Proven experience recruiting candidates across multiple IT skill sets.

- Strong knowledge of IT technologies job titles skill sets and market terminology.

- Experience working with Canadian job boards LinkedIn ATS/VMS platforms and recruitment databases.

- Excellent candidate sourcing and screening skills.

- Strong negotiation communication and relationship-management abilities.





- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.

- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with recruiters account managers and clients.

- Experience working in Canadian time zones or international recruitment environments is an advantage.

Required Education:
