- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Platform Engineer to serve as a technical leader and architect responsible for designing building and evolving Guardians enterprise AI Platform.
- This role will provide architecture leadership across the AI platform stack spanning:
- Experience Plane AI developer experience SDKs AI Studio agent builder frameworks developer portals and reusable platform assets
- Control Plane AI governance policy enforcement guardrails evaluation frameworks AI registry observability and FinOps
- Execution Plane Agent runtimes LLM inference orchestration frameworks MCP services AI gateways RAG infrastructure and production operations
- The ideal candidate is a hands-on architect capable of defining platform standards building reusable capabilities solving complex engineering challenges and driving enterprise adoption of AI and Agentic technologies.
Required
- 7 years of AI Platform Engineering experience.
- 3 years designing cloud-native distributed platforms.
- 3 years architecting AI/ML or GenAI platforms.
- Proven experience building enterprise-grade platform capabilities.
Preferred
- Experience building Control Plane architectures.
- Experience with enterprise-scale AI governance.
- Experience supporting production GenAI workloads.
- Experience building AI platforms within regulated industries.
