We're Hiring: Senior Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Architect with strong exposure to high-rise real estate projects. The candidate should be capable of independently handling architectural planning, design coordination, statutory approvals, and site execution, ensuring projects are delivered as per quality, timelines, and regulatory standards.

What You'll Do:

Lead architectural planning and design for high-rise residential/commercial projects

Prepare and review concept designs, working drawings, layouts, and GFC drawings

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and liaison consultants for smooth project execution

Ensure compliance with local building by-laws, DCR, NBC, fire norms, and statutory regulations

Handle authority submissions, approvals, and sanction drawings





Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution and resolve design-related issues

Coordinate with project, construction, and PMC teams to ensure design intent is maintained

Review contractor/shop drawings and material specifications

Support value engineering initiatives without compromising design quality

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in a real estate firm handling high-rise buildings

Strong knowledge of planning norms, approvals, and construction practices

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp

Valuable understanding of construction detailing and on-site coordination

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in residential high-rise towers

Exposure to local authority approvals

Candidates from real estate / developer background preferer
