- Monitor in-process quality across SMT, PCBA and FATP lines.
- Conduct First Piece / First Article, Patrol and Process Inspections.
- Ensure adherence to SOP, WI, Control Plan and quality standards.
- Identify and control defects such as soldering defects, component placement issues, assembly defects and workmanship issues.
- Perform RCA, 5 Why, Fishbone and 8D for process-related quality issues.
- Monitor FPY, rejection, rework, DPPM and defect trends.
- Coordinate with Production and Process Engineering teams for immediate containment and corrective actions.
- Maintain PQC reports, inspection records and quality documentation.
